These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed online with SISS STUDIO on our website www.sissstudio.com.au or in store.

Exchange/refunds

Our ready to wear garments (not including customised products) that are in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange.

Customers proceeding with returns are to cover the cost of return postage (unless the item is deemed faulty or otherwise communicated with our team). Customers have 14 days from delivered date to return their order. We will then assess the garment and action the appropriate return method (exchange or refund)
Dresses that have been purchased in a Split Size or have been customized, as well as custom bridal jackets are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Faulty Items

Products deemed faulty by our team will be eligible for a return or exchange and will be reimbursed the postage costs providing you keep your postage receipt. Products with minor faults will be offered to be repaired!

SIZING

Our ready to wear collection dresses are made in set standard sizes and are not made to fit individual measurements. Therefore if you order a dress from the collection, you may need to arrange alterations (at your cost) to alter the dress to your desired fit (ie; alterations to hem or strap).

Split Sizing

If you tend to fit into a split size category, we may offer (optional on our end) to split parts of the gown into the different sizes at an additional cost. Please note that split sizing includes only that of bodice and skirt and no change to actual design or fabric. Split sizing will require a minim of 1-2 fittings to ensure fit is best. If you require changes to your dress other than split sizes, you will need to seek alterations elsewhere.

You acknowledge that we may not be able to perform split sizing due to some dresses design and fabrication.
