Returns & Exchanges

Our ready to wear garments (not including customised products) that are in original condition, unworn and with all tags attached are eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Customers proceeding with returns are to cover the cost of return postage (unless the item is deemed faulty or otherwise communicated with our team). Customers have 14 days from delivered date to return their order.

Exchanges on our dress orders are offered. If you find you need to exchange for a different size we are more than happy to assist. They will require an additional production time of minimum 2 weeks unless stated otherwise by our team.


Please email your name and order number, you will be sent a returns form to fill out and send back with your parcel.


We sincerely apologise if your purchase is not up to standards!

Please email with your order details and a brief description of the faulty item/incorrect order. Products deemed faulty by our team will be eligible for a return or exchange and will be reimbursed the postage costs providing you keep your postage receipt. Products with minor faults will be offered to be repaired!
